Legislative liaisons and lobbyists alike will appreciate the opportunity that a VAPL membership will give them to enhance the standards of the lobbying industry by supporting a Code of Ethics for the profession of lobbying. Active members pay $100 per year. You must be actually engaged in lobbying and registered with the Secretary of the Commonwealth of Virginia in the current calendar year or during the prior three years.
